thank's for reading,i am very new to this,igot a matrix reborn cam and it worked for a month then it all stopped,when i go to common interface it says initialising?will i have to send the cam back or can i do it from home?cheers Dale

cams in receivers' are an issue at the best of times,i have two identical matrix,one fine one initialize it will go in the end by plugging in and out and works fine in another box,have you updated the cam software?,sounds strange after a month,reborn cams arnt that common but you can convert to ucas and other software on the net,as for sending back thats the question,reload software and check on an other box(es).
