Go to toecutters den and click on the link at the top of the page. Seems to be the best and cheapest around.

Unless you buy a VR3 card, you won't decode Cryptoworks, Viaccess1, no problems, but how long will they be in that encryption? If that is all you are after, then you can probably get a cheaper CAM, none of them come with decryption guarantees as things are changing daily.

Are the MYV channels not available in any other encryptions?
