thanks, so would this be the best cam around to decode the mtvs on 19.2 and 13e or is there one i can get cheaper? the thing is the mtvs on 13e use cryptoworks and on 19.2 they use viacess. but will this do the job?

Unless you buy a VR3 card, you won't decode Cryptoworks, Viaccess1, no problems, but how long will they be in that encryption? If that is all you are after, then you can probably get a cheaper CAM, none of them come with decryption guarantees as things are changing daily.

Are the MYV channels not available in any other encryptions?
