Thanks analaguesat / wod... can't find insertion figure on any motor but if you bypass it it improves the signal on week stuff like 26e. Olisun, 12739H 2400 3/4 is very stong here in E Cheshire... we can get it on a Sky dish in the rain... just a feed but its on most of the time and ideal for locating 26e in the first place... funny its on 2400 and not 27500 ... more pressure from Sky ? NOTE: just tried an old .7 Grundig Sky LNB on a 78cm dish .. sideways.. (at 90 degrees) and set up a few TPs with reversed H/Vs and its pretty good.. looks like its beating a new Sharp white case .3 and a new Titanium .2 .. The reason for trying that is that it performed really well on the 78cm dish ... then I discovered that they are optimised inside for oval Sky dishes (horizontal).. so I had to try it since that dish goes 'the other way!' ... more channels more solid... Don't trust .2 db figures... and they all have dead spots and high areas.. regards..
