I'm not sure if these are a feed for a specific event or new channels on 12.5W, MCS Xtreme and MCS Inter, both French language, Lyngsat gives an address but no satellite details.

It looks like this could be a new broadcast MUX as another French channel has popped up on this morning, Trace STV.
