no its MDS not NDS as I got this from www.lyngsat.com.this is used for encryption for Pacific Broadcasting Services Ku band pay TV.

I doubt you'll find anyone here knowing anything about encrytion on satellites we cannot see from the UK. Intelsat 701 is at 180deg E. Some more experienced members may know but they're all tucked up now it's 1.30 am
