Measat-3b, launched on 11 September from Kourou together with Optus 10, is now at the In-Orbit Test position of 84.5° East.
After this testing, Measat-3b will join the existing Measat-3 and Measat-3a at 91.5° East.

Measat-3b has 48 Ku-band transponders of 36 MHz.

That testing at 84.5° East didn't last long, Measat-3b should be at 91.5° East in 3 or 4 days.
