at the moment i have freesat and i use a toshiba equim laptop

can anyone tell me where i can dl windows media centre , i have an original seriel number but have recently moved house and lost the disks there was 2 of them , appreciate any help thanx
 
First off, I would highly recommend that you don't download the discs as often they have been modified in some way, even if they say they're "Original", I've had trouble with some ISOs I've got for my laptops (with genuine licences), and in the end I just borrowed someone's genuine CD and copied it... :)

As for looking for the ISOs, google helps, adding the word "torrent" usually helps in there too... ;)

You should be OK with Windows XP MCE disks from torrent sites as there is only one version of it (OEM). There may be a crack or serials included, but you do not need that and it won't affect installation. Just use your license and run all the updates / validation checks.

With XP Home or Pro there are numerous versions such as retail, corporate and OEM. The license keys will only work with the right disk so you need to know what you had in the first place with them.
