my receiver has locked, and i cannot even use the menu button.how can i unlock or reset?
 
i emailed lombiz.com and received speedy reply. disconnect dish and this unlocked box from tp causing the problem.hope this is of interest to other users.

Thanks for that interesting result, I am glad you got sorted but I would be concerned that this procedure could cause damage if the stb was not powered down first.
