I have the card to me in my dream to read directly with cccam 2.2.1, but not updated, I have the original for the receiver to update.

There is way to do it directly on the dream?

From what i can make out on Lyngsat, Meo uses Seca 2 and Nagra 3 as encryptions.

Seca cards usually will work fine with DM500 just by putting the card in the slot, although if its a Nagra card you will need the Boxkey and RSAKey to make it work. Unless you have the equipment or somebody who can do it for you, its not easy to get the Boxkey and RSAKey.

It all depends on what card you have as to whether or not it can be read directly in a DM500HD.
