The recently launched Meteor M2-2 has been noted on air. Sadly its on 137.1MHz so its nailing NOAA 19. Thats poor frequency coordination!

Meteor2-2 seems to have suffered an on orbit anomaly over the weekend.
She suffered an abrupt 2km drop in orbit on Friday night and no signals have been noted since.
