The meter is used with full accessories and user Manual in german. Surely you can download the Manual in your prefered language.
The accu should be renewed. The operating time is about 40 mins. He is not determined about the Price and wishes to qouote a Price
from you.
 
Yes but what is his minimum price for the instrument 500€, or more than 1000€...
