missing channels

anybody have any ideas why i cant receive bb2, cbeebies and a few other channels ?
i have used someone elses bouquets and have checked the frequencys and all is ok. i have scanned the sat a few times aswell inc manually scanning the tps but nothing. i have even reflashed it to pli and no joy ?
any help would be great cause i am pulling my hair out ?
could it be an lnb issue ??
most other channels are good including the hd channels except when it rains it gets a bit fuzzy ?

what size dish you using,what signal strengh you getting,poss lnb problem
 
i have no snr on these channels but agc is 99 what ever these are ?
dish is a mortorized metre dish and moves to other sats alright so dont think it is the dish ??
