missing transponders

I have just replaced my echostar AD3000IP with the new technomate tm-6900 hd combo the set up was very easy but the problem is that on my any of my search for all transponder download it dose not find the s**view 12 in HD or digital on 12.360 H 27500

Hi,
Have you tried adding the transponder details by hand.:-googly

The channels are definitely there (Hotbird 13E), I have just checked.
