Mm To Mr Or Mrv

Someone plse help me with steps to convert an MM to Mr or Mrv. I tried to use cas2 to program it with the matrix.cas file but it keeps telling me 'error erasing, please retry'. I may not be following the right procedure. Someone plse help. Tnx
 
if You are using version 5.1 of casII, then just download old version 4.7.1 erase 5.1 and just install it.
procedure= erase all flash
put matrix.cas
put mr1170(or lastest one) mr1170 still open tp* till today and just wiat :)
