More channels go to Seca 2

It would seem that we will lose Canal +Red/Blue in the
Canal Digitaal package on November 15th.
From that date onwards they will transmit only in Seca2.

They will work in Seca 2 and Irdeto 2.

The Irdeto 1 will be switched off, and be transferered to the 2 version.
