hi all,
newby on this forum and would appreciate some help.
have just set up my new technomate 6902 receiver after my old technomate 7755 packed in.I can get astra 1 and all the channels but when I try other sats the dish wont move. Have I missed something as the motor worked with the other receiver.
 
Which Motor Control protocol are you using ............ Saved Position (DiSEqC 1.2) or USALS?
 
Ok, so have you actually found and stored all the positions again?

Your motor has no idea where the other Satellites are at present.

That said, now may be the time to change to USALS - Simply send the Motor to Reference, access the USALS menu and enter your Latitude and Longitude, ensure all required Satellites have USALS enabled and bob is your auntie. Assuming the dish was tracking the arc properly before and you haven't touched it!

(Not sure on that box whether selecting USALS automatically applies to every Satellite or if you have to tick each one of interest)
 
If you don't use USALS, you'll have to go round the arc, storing all the sat positilons again.
