Have you tried a reset?
Can you nudge the dish in DISEqC 1.2?
If no luck, also worth checking cable terminations on the motor.

Could also be a power supply fault too so if you can lend a power supply to try it might help

It couls also be an issue with the receiver software. I condemmed my old TM-2300 motor thinking it had died, when it turned out to be an issue with the Open AAF image on my Gigablue becoming corrupted.
