Raven mk2 zone 2 x4, Channel Master: 90cm x3, 1.2m x2, 1.8m PF. CM polar mount x2, Az/El x3.

What I am noticing, and it's prevelant on 28.2e is the dish needs more skew it seems.

If I skew the LNB when at 28.2 the quality 11264H goes up from 67% to 78%.

What is weird is 11126V is at 80% with the skew at zero.

Unfortunately skewing 28.2e has a negative impact on the other sats like 16e,13e and 1w.
This is due to the skew offset I mentioned in post #3.

Need to try and find the sweet spot where the skew positively impacts 28.2 but not to the detriment of the other sats.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Nothing on that TP or 11785V.
Then those are the ones you should be trying to improve on that satellite.
What size dish are you using ?

Need to try and find the sweet spot where the skew positively impacts 28.2 but not to the detriment of the other sats.

Or use a sidecar LNB, with 7.5 degrees different skew, for the Astra satellites?
I've never seen that tested, though.

And I don't know which of these two LNBs to use for the Eutelsat satellites then, such as 13E. They have 3.535 degrees pre-skew....

Bearing in mind the skew you have to 'adjust' for 28.2, have you checked that the dish is mounted in total alignment with the motor stub? If it's slightly slanted, that may account for some of the skew issues...

Then East (astra 3B at 23,5E). Many frequencies will provide clues on how your system is performing.

23.5e is strong.

I am going to hook the meter up to the minidish later and compare the strength and quality between the two dishes as currently, both dishes are performing the same

The dish is dead zero on the motor mount.
