Once you have a few channels downloaded to that meter it becomes easier. Start with 0.8w first I would. Or if you already have a 28.2 dish scan those channels just to test the meter before you go up the ladder <img src="https://www.satellites.co.uk/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/smile.png" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-shortname=":)" /></p></blockquote><p></p>
Think of it as a satellite receiver with a screen. If you are setting up a dish with it then select the sat you want, then align the dish using the signal meter, if you don't get a signal check the transponder that's selected. Or manually enter one that you know is working. Then once you get a lock scan for channels. And tweak, there is a lot to do and most of it is generic to a motor install so read those guides. You will need to scan for channels on a few sats to make sure you are getting the arc. Also read up on how to set up Usals, the same principle will apply to that meter. Sorry this is just roughly glossing over it. I'm sat on my phone so a bit hard to type. All of us on here can answer any questions you have about it. Once you have a few channels downloaded to that meter it becomes easier. Start with 0.8w first I would. Or if you already have a 28.2 dish scan those channels just to test the meter before you go up the ladder :)
