What is the maximum degrees (east and west) can a motorized dish receive?

Of course you wont get all the birds between these limits - its all dependant on the transmission area & how big your dish(s) are.

How long does it take for a motorized dish to switch from one satellite to another?

It depends on several factors, are the satellites adjacent (within a few degrees), the size/weight of the dish and the age/state of repair of the motor. As a guide I'm using a Diseqc motor with a 1.2 fibre dish and it moves at roughly 1° of the arc per second. If you wanted it to be quicker you'd need a 36V actuator and a polar mounted dish.

If you want instant switching you need multiple lnbs / dishes with disecq switching - I can zap between 5E & 28E (my furthest limits on the current dish farm) in a couple of seconds.

here in egypt we can recive from 43.1 W which is a C band now up to 105.5 E with both C and KU band but on 240 egyption made dish and lnb with feed horn like fuje or inverto black pro
most of middlr rast is out side many europian sat coverage . so you need big dish to recive it
if its a euoropian or even amrican dish you will not need that big size diches
first KU band you can recive in lebanon is HISPASAT 30 W . the ID beam only need 100 cm dish
i red in some arabic fourm pepole recive 108.5 E in IRAQ and gulf state

as for the time the motor take i didnot count it really
i have 36 inch 36 v motor and i use an old analoge reciver as a posioner
i think it takes about 2 minets from 30 W to 28.2 E
