Motorized satellite dish with 3 output LNB

My Satellite Setup
1m satellite dish. Quattro lnb with diseqc 1.2 motor.
My Location
Norway
Hello! I have problems with two receivers connected to a 3 output LNB. Receiver 1 is connected a diseqc motor and receiver 2 is connected directly LNB in addition extra cabel to recording. The problem is when both are used or one stands on standby, the picture on both decoders disappears. Have I done something wrong? Hope someone can help me with this matter. Thanks for help!

Both receivers should work independently, unless the LNB is causing a problem, or you have used a loop through, from one receiver, to the other, which it doesn't look like you have.
Can you please post more details, of your LNB, and Diseqc motor.

I have not used loop through. Each LNB outlet has a single cable each without splitters. Cable going directly from receivers to motor and lnb. The motor is an TECHNOMATE TM-2300 M3 DiSEqC H-H Motor. LNB is a 3 output universal LNB. Signal quality is very good and motor works fine when only receiver 1 is connected. Maybe something wrong with LNB or i forgot important part of the cable?

Sounds like an electrical fault within the LNB, has the setup ever worked? Does the second receiver work when connected on its own?

Don't think I've ever seen a 3 output universal LNB before, other than an SCR model with two additional legacy outputs. It would be helpful to know the manufacturer and model of the LNB.

Yes the setup have worked. Both receiver worked with LNB, but after i connect both receiver together receiver 2 doesn't work when connected on its own. Maybe the LNB is not made for this setup? LNB has 24 userband.

Ah okay it is not a universal LNB. Can you manually select the userband/channel in the receiver LNB settings? Perhaps both receivers are trying to use the same userband/SCR channel.
 
Are all receivers DCSS compatible???

Receiver 1 is Edision OS 4k with Linux and receiver 2 is from the tv operator with Android, manufacturer unknown (only for TV subscription from my tv operator).

What LNB settings are you using on the Edision?

(From the description further on, it doesn't seem this is an LNB that switches to dCSS mode only after receiving a proper dCSS command; it starts up in dCSS?)

I wonder if this is happening:

Canal Digital receiver only = dCSS mode
Edision only = Legacy/Universal mode
Canal Digital + Edision = dCSS mode, causing no signal on Edision as receiver is configured for universal LNB.

I using this settings, maybe severeral of this settings is wrong?

I changed the user band on the Canal Digital receiver. And they still not work together.

I tried to change LOF from universal LNB to user defined and still not work. I can also choose circular LNB, unicable/jess, c-band and ka-sat.

I think one of the options for LOF should be Unicable. If you select that it should bring up some more options. You'll have to post a photo of them as I'm not familiar with this operating system (OpenATV?).

That's right is an Open ATV. Unicable configuration mode i can select: unicable matrix, unicable user defined and unicable LNB. Unicable LNB and unicable matrix i must choose my LNB manufacturer i can't find it. Unicable user defined i can select unicable or JESS in diction.
 
Unicable user defined -> Unicable - what are the options? Can you input channel or frequency?
