Mounting an external USB HDD?

Hi again

Got a 7020-S 160Gb today

I'm a bit of a Linux newbie - have searched around and tried various things via telnet to try and mount a 60Gb Lacie USB Drive but can't seem to get it right!

Any ideas?

hi mate do a search of compatable usb sticks (try toes/dudez)
i am not sure but you mite be better fitting hdd internally
 
hi there - yeh I already got a HDD internal but often transport movies and stuff on a Lacie drive - hmm, maybe I'll just stick to the network etc.

Will post if I get USB HDD working with the stick method
