I have 2tb 2.5 in my vu box and i want to replace with a 2tb ssd.I have moved all videos to pc. I want to move files that are left on 2.5 to ssd
 
You could move the remaining files on your 2.5 to an external usb disk, then copy them back to the new ssd when its fitted.

Plug in an external USB drive to your receiver's USB port and copy from drive to drive. Change to a SSD and copy back from the external drive to the internal drive.
