How can i copy programme from Sky+HD Box to My PC or External HDD via USB & Flash Drive ??

You cant - the usb ports are disabled on Sky boxes..
 
The only way is to take out the hard disk from inside the box and connect it to your pc.

And that can only be done for recordings of FTA channels using special software that can cope with the non standard file system - Extract+ or ExPVR (google them)
 
But now the 3.5 beta version of ExPVR can copy the contents of a Thompson HD Big Endian disk to an Amstrad DRX890 with Darwin. With suitable leads you don't even need to take the disks out of the receivers. It worked perfectly for me.
