Moving DM500s to new house.... lost channels

Hi Guys

Would like to thankyou for all the knowedge i have aquired from this site. Really been fun learning how these things work.

I have a rather difficult question and it might require a real expert to answer.

i have a dreambox DM500s box for which i am paying $200 a year to view all these international channels. Now we have just moved houses and when i hook up the box all the comes up are the free international channels. The setup is exactly he same. i know the satellite and everything is set up correcty becuase i am still recieving the free channels just not the paid ones.
I'm guessing it has something to do with the network or router, which is also the same though. Would an ip address change or nameserver change have something to do with it?

Please help, the guy is asking for $350 to come out and have a look it at which i defineltly don't have.

Two posts to this forum, and it's the second time you've asked for help on a dodgy card-sharing issue.

Any more posts along the same lines, and your future on this forum will be a short one.
