Following a crash, I'm having to reinstall Office 10 Pro (I know I should be using Libre Office, but it's not for my use). I've bought a license from Fleabay but it's not working and the seller is saying I should be using a retail version of Office. How can you tell? My iso is probably an Open License version.

Download and run Jellybean, which finds the serial numbers of the MS operating systems and others including office.

Or run the BelArc advisor facility , which scans everything in your PC for the status, vulnerability and missing updates of all major programmes installed
