I had to move my dish to 11.8.W to lock signal on the 4K channel.... Very strange.

That is strange, I might try that but I doubt it will make a difference

 

Can you guys successfully watch 4k content without stutters? The Isle of Wight Festival this year was a bust for me as it was unwatchable with my current setup. What are your hardware specs?

Didn't make a difference sadly, it must be my location then as I have ruled out everything else
