I am looking at installing a new sat system for my father, I have a motor on my dish and find it too slow, so I was gonna get one of those multi lnb brackets for the end of the arm on the dish, is there one that can cover 13E, 19.2E and 28.2E?

Yep.

Adequate general purpose bracket many of us use or have tried is eBay Item #310205423845

But you'd need a decent size dish eg c.80cm.

Align the dish/focal LNB to 19.2E and you should be fine.

Yes, there are dishes and brackets that can do that very easily.

It needs at least approx an 80cm dish.

What do you have?

I am looking at installing it from scratch for my Dad, was thinking of getting one of those 85cm Fraccaro dishes, as I have one myself on a motor. I assume some kind of disceq switch is needed. Can you recommend one. Thanks

Haven't tried that on a Penta85. Not sure you'll get the full 15° required.

A 4 x 1 DiSEqC switch will suit for one receiver, try our site sponsors page.

A Triax TD88 plus multiblock would do it, no problem.

ok what I need to do is to see 13e, 19e and 28.2e, is this possible with a multiblock or would i need a separate sky dish, as the Triax multiblock seems to only work between 3 and 20 deg _http://www.aerialshack.com/triax-multiblock-holder-p-812.html

As that allows up to 20 deg separation, it should be fine for your requirements, which go no further than 15.5 deg.

It may be necessary to align the dish and central LNB to 19.2E, with Hotbird and Astra 2 to either side, but I suspect you could still get good results if you align to 28E with 19.2E and 13E of to one side.

Lots of solutions .............. may just need a bit of experimentation.

With a TD88, aligning the dish to about 19E will work flawlessly. Excellent sig on all three sats. 15 degree spacing and well within the 20 degree spacing specified by Triax.
