Yes quite strong as well 14.5 db but on 11685 H no channels are processed. It just say 11683H SID 0x320...

It's a T2-MI transponder.

The channels will probably move to 14 west when Express-AM8 launches to 14° West in September 2014.
 
14 west will be much better than the current beam on 11 west.am44-2.gif
 
Zeonbud I think. You won't be able to get any subscriptions for this as it's transmitted for cable and DVB-T distribution.

There are a bunch of Russian channels on 46e and 53e in the clear easily accessible with a 1m dish. 11w also has Russian channels in C band in the clear (except 1 kanal and Rossiya 1)...you need a different LNB for that but a 1m dish should be sufficient here for this.
 
Also four of the 11 West channel are FTA on 9 East. 11938 H 27500 3/4.
