Bought one of these fellas last week and I've just spent the best part of a day trying to set it up with a monoblock lnb (to capture Astra and Hotbird) with minimal success. It refuses to see both signals. When I get a good signal on Hotbird, there is next to nothing on Astra and vice versa. I swapped the lnb round in the clamp in case it was the wrong side that was fitted to the clamp but to no avail.

I've tried to set it up using DiSeqC with Astra on Port A and Hotbird on Port B but it just ain't happening and the Mvision manual itself doesn't seem too clear on how the box should be configured.

I also checked the lnb out using an older Echostar box in another room and that seems to recognise both Satellites pretty well.

Anyone had any experience with this setup that could shed a bit of light here. Have I missed something stupid or does the Mvision just not like this setup?

Try Hotbird on A and Astra on B, that is how they are normally setup.
