You'd exceeded the limit for your usergroup, plus your images were bigger than allowed, I've increased your allowance. Try and keep them down to largest side 1280pixels, or better still 1024, also try and keep them below 150kb.
 
This is interesting, are you only getting the frequencies you listed? These are all north beams. I had no idea they where so strong in Tehran! What are the quality levels like?
