my dream can`t get bbc 1,2 , itv2,3,4

in my bouquets can`t find bbc1,2 and itv 2,3,4
if i do a scan they won´t come up!
i am speaking about my dreambox 500+

if i do a scan with my old golden interstar, all bbc and itv come with no problem
somebody has a idea?

Maybe tuner sensitivity/threshold if the signal is marginal. Can you check the parameters of those transponders?

hello,
what size dish and how long is the cable run?
you may have to do a manual search on each of the transponders

is seams that if you were receiving this before you should receive this now as well.

if you have a sky card 12.402 v is the itv group as well.
