My receiver goes down

My Satellite Setup
My Receiver: Smart M1 plus.
My Computer:2.4GHZ CPU, 512MB of RAM, WIN XP SP3.
My Location
Egypt
Hi.. I am Fekry my receiver is Smart M1 plus, Yesterday it was working fine but today the software did not launch, the welcome screen just appears then it restart and keep restarting and nothing happen...)(-red


Please help me, what I should do?? and if I need a new software please help me find it....Thanks.:)
 
Welcome to the forum Fkar

Well it is difficult to diagnose this kind of problem, but to eliminate the problem of faulty cable or lnb, disconnect the F connector from the back of the stb and switch on again. If still the same condition I suggest you take the stb to a competent service technician to check it out.
