What happens if your wife wants to have a nice cup of coffee on the balcony in the late morning sun... does she squirm aournd the dishes, or is there a SWMBO-friendly section? :)
Yes, the kitchen.

This is very SWMBO friendly installation  ..... evening sun is other side of the house and there we have exactly same size balcony. :-lol

Is the wife installed securely on the other balcony?

But let's be fair. It's unlikely Rimant's wife has any objections to the dishes. She's given up arguing by now I am sure.

CJ, you are right, she is not arguing anymore. Couple of times, when I brought home dish for cleaning in the bathroom, she said something like: You again brought dish from the trash! .... and after saying that she hides away her shampoos, that is new normal at our home.

Took 40mm pipe, cut it in pieces and made new clamp for LNB. Clamp is ~9mm wide, bolts are 5mm. Light but strong, should work.

Made a photos of the Ajak H-H motor instructions, for the history and also in case somebody needs it. Firstly, instructions and hence the motor are 29 years old. And as seen on page #4, motor can move 3m glass dish. Beast!

Yes @st1 you are right. And that what came together with motors. Looked up in ebay, and every Norsat product costs ..... I would never buy them new.

Would love one of the Ajak motors but they are as rare as hen's teeth second hand and cost a bomb new (if they are still available new...)

OK, my Ajak H-H is ~29 y.o. and all nuts&bolts are so rusted together (perhaps even metal diffusion) that without WD40 and lots of power it was not so easy to get parts apart. Tomorrow parts 1,2 and 3 will get some sand-blast.

All 3 parts got sand-blast. Will do painting myself. Will use nice dark-blue color for that.

Yes, I have cleaned it and even showed to friend of mine. He made theory, that worm is welded inside the box. No clue. Does not matter, I covered worm by tape and started to paint everything in navy-blue color.

As my Ajak motor is lacking elevation and declination adjustments and also vertical pipe, I need to make them. Perhaps I should look for 100mm square pipe to fit in the opening of lower part of the motor.

More or less finished painting. But, to continue, need some new nuts&bolts (not metric, so, not easy to find). Also need to find 2 end-switches. Need to finish mount (100mm square pipe). Will use original (very heavy ring) to attach antenna. I need to make hinge along red line and 2 declination adjusters (where I circled green).
