Have made this special holder (76mm pipe) for newcomer. Need to also make feedarms and LNB-holder. Sounds strange, but seems this antenna has 10* offset angle

It is not fully finished yes, as the set screws should be changed to brass ones and perhaps the upper screw (M5) will also be changed to brass. It weights less than 77 grams.
