My Theater channel list problem

Help.please this is the first time i have had to ask a question as i can usualy find what i need on this briliant forum.
I have just downloaded my theatre 3.21 and cannot get the channel list to display encripted channels. Iknow that they have been downloaded as i have opened the channel list file. Also if i change the properties of a channel to encripted i loose it from the list. thanks in advance
 
To be honest m8, I found it to be such a flaky POS it's probably just a huge bug :(

No no its not a bug. Go to the channel list dude, and you see three letter V,R and ALL. Click twice the letter V, so that its colour changes to yellow. When its yelllow, it should display both encrypted and unencrypted channels, when its green unencrypted only, when red encrytped only. The colour coding works also for R and all.
