Other than Freesat, what else could I do with them? I've nattered with a sky insider who said I can re-activate my old sub card without a contract, but the other card was a pure-freesat £20 card (my sister's actually), so would that basically be a "new" subscription if I were to use it for pay channels?

They will not activate a Sky package on a Freesat card as far as I know' your old sub card should be OK for reactivation by Sky, it also may depend on how long ago you subscribed as to whether they want a 12 month contract, it seems to depend on who you speak to, as to what is available. :)

Well, it was about 2 1/2 years ago since I subscribed to to sky, if that makes any difference...

As for the freesat card, I only have it as my sister no longer needed it as she got cable... :D

Hi
I used to be sky subscriber with family pack but now only get few free channels. Is there a way to get more channels, I hear something about sub. Can someone help me with information, please.

As far as I know, you can call up and re-subscribe to sky using your existing equipment (may need to update your personal details) and this may be contract-free as you own the equipment... :)
