nagravision card and cam

I have a nagravision card for a echostar dsb 616 receiver and box key
Just asking if it is possible to enter the key code in a technomate 5200d usb super to open the card
Ps this is an official card.
The technomate reads my cyrfa + official card
Or do i need to buy a cam and if so which one would you recomend

I have to say your post has me confused, perhaps I am having a bad night
Nagravision is an encryption system, what nagravision card are you referring to and for what provider?
If the technomate is not patched it will have multicrypt capabilities I believe therefore, could you clarify what it is you are attempting to do and with what.
