Well almost. NASA TV is currently being carried on Sky News Active (on the red button behind Sky News epg 501
You can set it to full screen, although theres a lot of video clutter (a large blue box with Video Menu on it for starters.)

As far as I am aware this transmission is not available to non Sky boxes - it must be hidden somewhere
