I have no sound. I've tried tuning in manually in case it is dolby sound but nothing.

Is there actually sound being broadcast?

I'm using V.PID 2101 A.PID 2201
 
just checked now and black screen
yesterday was the mir test is it finished already?
 
Just an apparently frozen frame at present, tagged as Service7802, at least on my receivers.
