I doubt 11585H is still 28A - the power is a good 10% higher than most of the other nearby 28A frequencies.

If it was not for enthusiasts like ourselves the satellite charts would not be be an accurate guide to what is happening @ at an altitude of approximately 35,786 km (22,236 miles) above mean sea level.
