Nearly there but Missing some movie channels

I have a DM500 with a Gemini image and running CCcam 2.13. I have entered my BK into the config file and it now shows sports and some movie channels, but not all the movie channels ie:Premier, prem +1 and a few others.

Any help would be much appreciated.

the boxkey is correct because before I entered it in the cng file I was not getting any sport or any movie channels. What address line to you put it in? and has it got anything to do eith my PIN No as it opens up the family movie channels?

Don't understand "What address line to you put it in?" No idea about PIN numbers with a DM500, I don't think they are used.

Have you checked if the card is opening the missing channels in your Ѕky box, and have you tried rescanning the whole 28°e satellite to see if these problem channels have moved to a new transponder.
 
The BK was correct. I had some of the movie channels PIN protected on my ***+ box, and this was stopping me viewing them on my DM500. I put my card back in my ***+ box and changed the settings to no PIN and now all the movie channels show up in my DM500.
