Need advice regarding orbit

Hi, im an orbit subscriber in the uk and i really need some advice, i paid a lot of money getting it and i am having massive problems and need advice from another orbit subscriber in the uk or europe, so if their is another subscriber can you pm me or post a reply.

Basically whats happened to me is the same as what sky would do if they found out you were using a viewing card abroad

seems like it, I purchased from a uk dealer who is ignoring me.

don't know exactly this regulation but it seems they strict the usage of their cards outside selling country, after all you seem pretty much a traveler!
