Need DC2000 bin file

My Satellite Setup
Echolink FTA 777, DC2000
My Location
Muscat, Oman
I live in Oman and I am looking for the DC2000 bin file. Since I cannot read or write Arabic the Libyan-sat website is not usefull. I am sure there are several dozen expats here in Muscat with the same issue.
