Need help managing Aura DVBS21201 channels

A question from a noob here.

I have just bought one of these for my workshop TV. I think its based on a Ross design. The channels dump out onto a .dbm file in the file named HB_DATABASE_10_29.DBM.

I use Clarke Tech Editor to manage the channels on my Technomate TM-6900 HD Combo and its brilliant. Can anyone advise what software to use to manage this .dbm file?

At the moment, I have 3000+ channels on the box and need to get it down to the manageable 80 or so I am interested in.

Yeah. No real help as it seems that one would need to have a lot more knowledge/experience than I have of Perl/Python/Scripting- way beyond me.
