Need help with a Smart Rapido II.

Hello.

The Rapido II box had to be Factory reset, and now I can't find any channels.
There are two bars lowest on the screen, 'Q' on the left and 'L' on the right. L is giving 30-33% when I set it to Astra 28.8 (which is the satellite I connect to) and Q is giving a steady 0%. When I scan Astra(or anything for that matter) it all fails and when I check channels it always goes to the default sat(Eura something) because you can't choose one you haven't scanned.

Realized now this is in the wrong place, how can I move it?
 
Would say at this stage, this is the correct section :)
 
If your dish is set on Astra (1 or 2?) then you need to change the satellite in the installation menu to whichever one you need, then scan it.

Why did you factory reset it?
 
It says 2A 2B 28.2

I had to factory reset it because the password wouldn't work, it had probably been changed.

We already set it for Astra and tried to scan. In fact we already changed every possible setting and tried to scan. But all scans failed.
