need help with badr

can any one please help with the set up of the 26 degree east ( badr satellite) i have been trying for while now to set up the dish to for badr satellite but with no luck, i have a 1.2 m dish with a decent lnb but i keep getting the 28 degree east or the 23.5 degree I live in the north west of england, any advise please. thanks in advance
 
Try this frequency

Dont bother with any Badr 6 frequencies - you wont get them.
 
Align the dish for 28E, then tune to the above TP, and tweak the dish westward a bit.
 
It's not a awful large movement even on a 120cm. Once aligned and locked, try 11.919h and tweak but don't fall over to one of the two adjacents.
 
If you are motorised as suggested in your profile, once your most southerly satellite is setup properly and assuming you are using USALS just select Badr from either your STB or if thats not already there drive your dish to 26 degrees east by entering that number in the setup screen for USALS control on your STB.My dish is slightly out but I get a signal strength of 68% and signal quality of 50% on a TD110 dish in Dublin and perfectly watchable pictures.It takes a little time for the STB to lock down the signal though.
