Need help with opening scrampled channels

My Satellite Setup
Hotbird 1-6, Nilesat
Dreambox 7000s
Gemini 3.0
My Location
Saudi Arabia
I have a skystar2 card, ProgDVB 6, vPlug 2.4, s2emu 1.28
I’m trying to open any scrambled channel, e.g. AB Sat channels..
It actually shows a green luck underneath the channel (locked lock) when I open it, but there is no picture or sound.
I replaced the tps.bin file in the vPlug directory, but the key in the vPlug monitor shows some old dates instead, something like 25/9/2008, and the last entry is way old, I also try to update the softcam.key by reading a new keys file from the internet and that is when I get the green lock with no picture..
The free channels are working great
Please help
 
The ABSat channels have not been open for sometime now sadly. All that's open on Hotbird are the RAI channels and possibly Mezzo and TV Globo.

You are absolutely right, I’ve just updated my files and test the channels and Rai and Globo works fine…. so there is no problem with my hardware or settings
