need major help ASAP

Ok...There was something wierd with my reciever so i clicked on the factory default thinking it would solve all my ills.....lol big mistake...

I have a Opentel ods 2000 cip.

I'ver searched the net for software sites but came up with nothing..Shoot i don't even know how to transfer the software to the reciever.....ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
